Information we collect

When you contact StorageMetric, we store your name, email address, message, and submission date to respond to your request and investigate corrections. Calculator inputs are submitted to our server to calculate the requested result and are not saved in the database.

Cookies and security

We use an essential session cookie for form security and administrator authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics in this application. Failed administrator login attempts store a hashed network address temporarily to prevent abuse. Hosting servers may maintain access and security logs under the host's retention policy.

Use, retention, and sharing

We use contact information only to handle requests and operate the service. We do not sell personal information. The hosting provider may process data to provide infrastructure. Contact messages remain until the administrator deletes them; you can request deletion through the contact form. Failed login records are cleared after 24 hours during subsequent login activity.

Your choices

Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in messages. External provider links lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.
